On average, tasks are completed within 1-2 business days. We will always aim to start on your task straight away, the time needed to work on any task will depend on the requirements of the task. Some tasks take longer than others. If your tasks are complex or require additional revisions, they can take longer to complete. We will always aim to finish your tasks as quickly as possible. Our business days are Monday to Friday.

It means there is no limit on the number of tasks you can request per month. However, please notice that we are only able to work on 1 task at a time, and each task on average takes between 1-2 business days. Once the active task is completed and closed, we start working on your next task in the queue.

After you sign up for Irisbits, you will be able to start new tasks from the dashboard on our website, send us a link to your content or brand assets alongside any details of the task you need completed.

Usually, you will need to give us your raw content in case of a video task, any branding material or logos you would like us to use, and tell us a bit about what you need. We can also design your work from scratch in case of graphic design tasks.

You can start sending us tasks immediately after you sign up, our team will start working on your first task and deliver it within 1-2 business days.

No, there is no limit on file sizes. For extremely large files, average turnaround times may be longer depending on the amount of content and processing required.

Yes, Royalty free music is included in the subscription.

Certainly, you can request a thumbnail design with your video editing task, we will send them both together so that your video is ready for upload straight away.

Yes, you can request videos to be exported to multiple sizes to best fit different platforms such as YouTube or social media.

Yes, you can request your graphic designs in different formats and sizes, to use on different platforms or for different purposes.

Yes, You can always get the source files for your tasks, however please notice we are not able to give you the source files for any 3rd party assets used.

You can communicate directly with your video editor or graphic designer on the ticket right on our website dashboard system.

There is no contracts and no long term commitments, it’s a monthly subscription that renews every month, and you can cancel any time before the renewal date from the billing portal.

We can work on all your video editing and graphic design tasks, with a few exceptions.

  • Any content, service, or product that is prohibited in accordance with our terms and condition of service.
  • We can not edit personal events videos and images such as weddings
  • The finished video must be less than 30 minutes, you can always ask for a custom upgrade to extend this
  • We cannot design any 2D or 3D animation such as cartoon works in your videos from scratch.
